Synopsis

A critical case involving a young patient in need of a heart transplant, leading Martin and his brother Hans on a perilous search for a donor heart after a plane crash in the mountains. Simultaneously, Martin's personal life becomes complicated when his ex-girlfriend Susanne reveals she is pregnant and uncertain about the paternity, causing tension with his current partner, Andrea. Hans faces legal troubles after an altercation with neighbor Arthur Distelmeier results in Arthur's severe injury, leading to Hans's arrest for attempted manslaughter.
